Dr. Razma is scheduled in Mancos on Mondays, and at Market Street on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dr. Razma is Board Certified in pulmonary disease and sleep medicine. Dr. Razma earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center.

As the only full-time board physician certified in pulmonary and sleep medicine in the four corners, Razma has specialized skills and knowledge to diagnose, prevent and treat issues affecting the lungs, as well as sleep disorders. “For pulmonary medicine, I see people with any lung disorder. Some of those include breathing problems such as asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, Occupational Lung Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension.  For sleep medicine, I treat all sleep disorders – including insomnia, narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnea. I became interested in sleep medicine because it is a growing field and we are understanding more and more how sleep affects health.”

My goal is to help others feel better and that is the greatest reward I get out of practicing medicine.”

The Southwest Health System Diagnostic Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and offers a full line of services to diagnose and treat more than 150 different sleep disorders. The sleep center features state-of-the-art sleep monitoring equipment, newly remodeled sleep rooms, and a comfortable environment to relax and receive the full-benefits of a sleep study.

Dr. David R. Silva is a board certified, Level II Accredited, physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. Dr. Silva maintains a special interest in the spine offering non-surgical treatment of the spine and all related musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal injections, minimally invasive radio-frequency ablation therapy and diagnostic testing such as electromyography and discography.

He graduated from Michigan State Medical School and completed a residency at the University of Colorado.

Originally from Alamosa, CO, Dr. Silva enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, baseball and family. Dr. Silva and his wife have two children.

Dr. Patrick N. McLaughlin is a fellowship trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physician.
Dr. McLaughlin maintains a special interest in non-surgical treatment of the spine, including PRP (platelet rich plasma) therapy, and the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.

Dr. McLaughlin graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Utah. He completed his fellowship at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic, Vail, CO.

Originally from California, Dr. McLaughlin’s hobbies include biking, skiing, surfing, and trail running. Dr. McLaughlin and his wife have two children.
