Crysta Jones is a certified Physician Assistant. She joins us from Midland Texas where she practiced as a Physician Assistant for the past 7 years. Crysta received her PA-C from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, School of Allied Health Physician Assistant program and has a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wayland Baptist University with a BS in Biology and Chemistry.

Physician assistants (PAs) are medical providers who are licensed to diagnose and treat illness and disease and prescribe medication for patients. ​

She has a special interest in diabetes and has experience in a wide array of procedures. Crysta has a strong rapport with patients, focuses on building relationships, and emphasizes individualized, personal care.

Dr. Razma is scheduled in Mancos on Mondays, and in Cortez on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dr. Razma is Board Certified in pulmonary disease and sleep medicine. Dr. Razma earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center.

As the only full-time board physician certified in pulmonary and sleep medicine in the four corners, Razma has specialized skills and knowledge to diagnose, prevent and treat issues affecting the lungs, as well as sleep disorders. “For pulmonary medicine, I see people with any lung disorder. Some of those include breathing problems such as asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, Occupational Lung Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension.  For sleep medicine, I treat all sleep disorders – including insomnia, narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnea. I became interested in sleep medicine because it is a growing field and we are understanding more and more how sleep affects health.”

My goal is to help others feel better and that is the greatest reward I get out of practicing medicine.”

The Southwest Health System Diagnostic Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and offers a full line of services to diagnose and treat more than 150 different sleep disorders. The sleep center features state-of-the-art sleep monitoring equipment, newly remodeled sleep rooms, and a comfortable environment to relax and receive the full-benefits of a sleep study.

Dr. Cornelius provides a family medicine services at our Mancos Clinic. Dr. Cornelius is part of the obstetrics and pediatrics team at Southwest Health System. She also serves as Chief of Staff.

Dr. Cornelius studied at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Medical School for International Health.
