Southwest Walk-In Care
Southwest Walk-In Care is designed to care for patients who have non-life threatening emergencies and minor illnesses. Physicians and staff provide services on a “walk in” basis. No appointment is necessary.
Walk In Clinic hours are:
Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Highway 145, about one mile north of the 160/145 junction, across from the Elks Lodge
Immediate and Early Care for:
- Colds, Cough, Flu, Mild Fever, Sore Throat, Sinus Infection
- Flu, RSV, Strep, and Mono Testing
- Sutures and Suture Removal
- Ear infection
- Rashes & insect bites
- Minor cuts and burns
- Dizziness, Minor Head Injuries or Suspected Concussion
- Stomach upset
- Sprains, Strains, Minor Fractures
- Burning on Urination
- Initial Workman’s Compensation Evaluations
Southwest Walk-In Care does not provide ongoing care for patients, but individuals may seek attention when their primary healthcare provider is unavailable. Children over the age of six months may be seen at the clinic. Patients are encouraged to bring a list of their current medications when they visit the center. Narcotics are not kept on the premises.
The clinic accepts most major insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Patients without insurance should be prepared to pay for care at the time of service, or make payment arrangements in advance with clinic staff.
